There are a few different ways to become a Chat moderator or Chat host.
The first one is you could register your details online at one of the various jobsites that are available using the search facilities of your internet browser to look for any current positions, alternatively you could do an online search for bingo based jobs. Bingo review sites as well as bingo sites themselves can also be a very good place to start; some of these might even have a jobs section within their forum where you could see what current positions are available at the moment.
It would be a good idea to compose your CV detailing any experience you might have relating to Bingo and then forward this to as many online Bingo sites as you possible, the more online Bingo sites that you forward your CV too the better chance you would have at receiving replies from some. You should also register yourself with online Bingo review sites that have jobs sections on them and be very positive and active in looking for you CM job.
There are lots of different online sites around and many with vacancies, as online Bingo site’s do like to keep a good handful on CM’s working for them. You would need to detail any experience that you may have with Bingo whether it is land based or on-line as well as any customer service qualities and computor skills you that you might have.
You should also explain your reasons for applying to become a CM and giving details of your experience and a copy of your CV and then wait the responses that you get. You could also check your local and national newspapers and research whether there are any online sites based in the area you live that you might be able to apply to.
Most of all you should remain positive and enthusiastic and I am sure that you will find the job you are looking for. When you Work from home it can be a pleasure and also fit in perfectly with any family commitments or other commitments that you may have, so just remember that there are plenty of other people out there looking too.
Hopefully by following this advice will help you and we wish you good luck and great success. Although ultimately this would depend on you though!!

Some people chose to use Chat lingo whilst they play, this is just an abbreviation of words or sentences taking less time to type and using less space in the chat room.
Some chat lingo will vary from site to site but like everything there is no set rule book and you’ll pick it up very quickly along the way and soon you’ll be joining in and making friends. The other roomies as they are called will assist you and make you feel welcome.

The bingo chat host/master has the role of ensuring that a friendly and welcoming room is maintained for all players. They also inform of upcoming promotions and competitions for that site. They hold responsibility for organising chat games and awarding prizes for chat game winners. They can be identified by the initials CM or CH before their ID name, their font type usually being a different colour or in bold.
Chat hosts/masters are also responsible for player protection – keeping a watchful eye on chat conversations in order to ensure the content is of a sound nature. They monitor the room for spam, unlawful advertising and any abusive language, having the authority and the ability to remove persistent offenders of any violations if they persist with harassing, annoying or upsetting other players. They can also help players by answering any questions they may have or by sorting out problems which may occur during the game.
Remember – chat hosts/masters are both friendly and positive people who are there to ensure your enjoyment of the game.
